Prices of the items

Prices are in euros, including VAT. They include the value added taxe applicable at the date of the order, without participation to the treatment and shipping costs.

We reserve the right to modify the prices at anytime, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the current prices at the time of the order.

Edisac refunds the difference

Your item is less expensive on anoher website? Edisac makes up twice the difference!

Send us your refund request within 10 days (by email or by post, as per postmark), with a proof. The price of the product that is taken into account is the price including VAT displayed on the product information pages of edisac.com and of the compared site (excluding sales, promotions, clearance, promotional codes, gift voucher...). The comparison also includes the shipping costs. Some websites proposes lower prices but more expensive shipping costs. The total amount is taken into account to reimburse the difference or not.This exclusiveness only works on similar products (same brand, reference, new), sold online on french websites.

Any incomplete request won't be treated. 

We reimburse you directly by crediting your credit card ! You are then free to use this amount for another purchase on Edisac.com or not.
